Creative, dynamic, and adaptable, Tait partners with our clients to design wonderfully elegant, human-centred services. He has the rare ability to drive service and CX strategy, digital strategy, ensure UX best practice, can direct UI designers to a high level of craft, and can engage with warmth and influence with a back-end developer as easily as he can with a Minister or CEO.

Recently he led the product team for Worksafe Victoria’s digital platform, defining the projects digital strategy, UX design, content strategy, and product execution. He also led the service design of a text-based suicide prevention service for Lifeline, and played a central leadership role in designing a whole-of-organisation Customer Experience (CX) strategy for VicRoads.

Tait has overseen several award-winning digital platforms at Today, including the redevelopment of Landcare Victoria’s website, and DFAT’s Smartraveller site. Tait led the product strategy and design of Speckle, an ethical lending platform developed in partnership with NAB and Good Shepherd Microfinance, which won the 2018 Good Design Award for Social Impact.

In addition to being a shining light as our Head of Content, Tait has recently self-published a popular book, ‘Copywrong to Copywriter’, designed to teach people and organisations how to craft better content.
