Jacob is an accomplished interaction designer, motion designer, user experience designer, and illustrator. He leads the interaction and brand design capability at Today, directing our team of visual, interaction, and content designers to ensure elegant, engaging and user-friendly products and services.

Jacob has directed the design strategy and digital execution for significant digital projects for start-ups, blue-chip companies and not-for-profits in Australia and the USA. He has a passion for design systems that enable digital services to scale elegantly, particularly for more elegant public services. He has led large-scale design systems initiatives for Victoria’s Department of Premier and Cabinet and Department of Health and Human Services, and the federal government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Jacob combines the needs of users, stakeholders and organisations to create solutions that deliver real value. He brings to each project a broad design vocabulary, eye for typography and a solid track record of producing high-quality work for diverse audiences.
