We credit Krista as being a big part of keeping our projects on track. As Projects Operation Manager, she handles resourcing: slotting in projects and coordinating the studio’s time across projects and business development (like a very important massive game of Tetris).
Krista ensures everyone at Today is utilising our time as best we can. She has an umbrella view of what’s happening at all times and is able to lend her support when needed to keep things on track. She also ensures the procedures we’ve put in place are being utilised and that best practice is always being followed.
Krista has over a decade of experience in project management roles, having worked as a Senior Project Manager and Operations Manager at a couple of consultancy firms in London. Highly organised and an expert multi-tasker, she loves to keep busy. When faced with a problem, Krista likes to break it down into a logical order from an analytical perspective. She is a self-confessed stickler for detail and process, making her a natural at her role.
