Beata delivers informed user-centred design solutions, educating teams about the value and process of HCD, and maintaining strong relationships with project teams. She gathers insight from users and mixes it with business requirements to create considered, functional and beautiful user experience design solutions.
As a Senior User Experience Practitioner at Symplicit, Beata worked to redesign the experience of platforms for National Australia Bank and Suncorp. Previously, after years of working in marketing, Beata entered the UX field as a way to combine her deep understanding of psychology, design and business.
Beata believes that design thinking can be used to make a difference in the world. She is passionate, conscientious and driven to achieve the best outcome in everything she does. She encourages teams to challenge ideas together and uses design to create meaningful change.
