Senior Interaction Designer

Lennon has the knack for converting ideas into tangible design solutions that meet client needs and find solutions to problems. His multidisciplinary skills enable him to design in many mediums, whether that be web and mobile interfaces, illustration, motion and video production, and photography. He’s a creative thinker driven by problem solving—the quirkier the issue, the better.

Lennon joined Today in 2018 after gaining experience as a lead UX/UI designer, front-end developer and project manager at software company NetEngine. At NetEngine he helped design Floodintel, a leading flood modelling and floodplain management system. As a designer at Wiredcraft in Shanghai, Lennon co-designed and developed a bilingual marketing website for Starbucks China.

Having studied Information Technology at The University of Queensland, Lennon also tutored graphic design and digital prototyping at the university. Always keen to learn, Lennon keeps up to date with the latest technologies and is passionate about helping international students get to know Australia’s design industry.
