With over 20 years’ experience in management, strategy and technology, Damon is known for big-picture and broad strategic thinking, bringing a love of design thinking and problem solving, a dash of behavioural psychology and a passion for emergent business models.
Damon founded pioneering ‘design for good’ agency Today in 2012 with Chief Design Officer, Adam Morris. He oversees the strategic direction of the agency, its projects, and its people.
With a background as a technical lead and solution architect, Damon worked his way up through top-tier digital and advertising agencies before a 10-year tenure in senior management and operations. He also has considerable experience working with vulnerable people in the health and disability sector, in regional and rural communities. He has specific experience in disability care, running recreation programs for people living with intellectual and physical disabilities, the elderly, and people living with mental illness.
