Lou is the captain of The Good Ship Today, steering the ship and ensuring our team, systems and processes, client partnerships, and our work holds a steady course toward Impact. She is responsible for operations across both Melbourne and Sydney studios, ensuring we’re delivering the best service, value, and quality of work.
Lou understands what it takes to deliver complex research, design and development projects. She has ten years’ experience getting it done in client service, stakeholder management, and project delivery. She’s worked in a hands-on capacity to partner with the public sector, not-for-profit, and for-profit businesses—from the Federal Government to KeepCup to ANZ.
Lou is passionate about equality and environmental sustainability, as a testament to that, she became a Centre for Sustainability Leadership Fellow in 2016. She is a fierce optimist and a big believer in the combined power of the head and heart to change the world.
