Adam is the co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of strategic design agency Today. Today brings together the best of human centred design, digital product craft, and smart technology to maximise social and environmental capital. Today is now an established design leader in Australia—particularly in public service innovation and across the purpose sector—with a team of 50 design, strategy, technology, and client service practitioners working across the agency’s Melbourne and Sydney studios.

A progressive thinker, Adam helps businesses, government and not-for-profit agencies across public service, health, education, and environment think big and act small. He’s particularly passionate about innovation for change in public service delivery, social justice and the protection of indigenous Australians’ capacity to care for culture and country.

Adam has been regularly awarded locally and internationally throughout his career for design strategy, service design, experience design and interaction design for the likes of Mini, Honda, Oxfam, NAB, the Victorian state government, and Australia’s federal government. The Good Design Awards, AGDA, Victorian Premier’s Design Awards and The Webbys have all acknowledged work he’s led as being the best in Australia and across the world.
