Kat has led many strategic, experience and digital product development projects over the past decade. She specialises in building highly motivated teams, ensuring the individual, team and client have the skills, tools, knowledge and ownership required for a smooth delivery.

Starting at Today in 2016 as a Senior Producer, Kat moved into the Delivery Lead role due to her broad experience leading cross-discipline teams delivering major, multi-stakeholder projects and leveraging varied project delivery methodologies including Agile. Being process-driven and highly organised, Kat’s strategic thinking and collaborative approach set up projects for success.

Kat played a lead role on Today’s work to develop Speckle, an ethical short-term loan product developed in partnership with NAB and Good Shepherd Microfinance—a product and platform that’s so good it won the 2018 Good Design Award for social impact. She was also a central part of the team that worked with the City of Melbourne to co-design a new digital platform to support the delivery of council services, which was awarded the 2017 Premier’s Design Award for Design Strategy.
