She works directly with Today’s managers to develop them into amazing leaders of people. Whether involved in recruitment, inductions, reviews or the creation of leadership programs, Kylie’s enthusiasm and positive nature are behind everything she does.

With an impressive history of people management experience, Kylie has worked in human resource roles in a wide range of industries including arts and entertainment for the Arts Centre Melbourne and Madman, hospitality for Koko Black, education publishing for Oxford University Press and consultancy for Deloitte.
