Liviana Baldino
Senior Producer
Liviana joined Today as Senior Digital Producer in 2019, bringing with her an extensive career in project management specifically in the digital space. Drawn to Today due to a desire to do impactful and valuable work, Liviana is working on a website design and implementation for the Victorian Ombudsman.
Having worked at Isobar for five years, Liviana led cross-functional teams in order to identify program capabilities, assess resources and collaborate. Acting as the Delivery Lead for the Holden account, Liviana managed a team of five project managers, as well as delivering the redesign of their Build & Price tool. She was also integral to the redesigning of the online home loan experience for ANZ customers.
Highly experienced in agile methodologies, Liviana enjoys seeing a project through from inception to completion. Skilled at building and strengthening relationships, she has a knack for creating positive team environments. She is able to keep the project on track while ensuring everyone is well supported and motivated to do what they do best.
